WOW!!!
It was so cool to see this 1969 dodge Daytona cruising down the road. The owner saw our cars on Thursday before Woodward Dream Cruise and decided to stop and chat with us. Awesome to meet the owner and hear a little bit about his story. I see 1970 Plymouth Superbirds cruising around from time to time, but I rarely see a Daytona. With a 4-speed and power windows, this one is definitely a low production number car. The wing cars are one of those cars that people either love or hate their look. I honestly didn’t care much for them either until I drove a superbird. The aerodynamic design and the technology that went into making the Daytona is really interesting. They were so fast back in the day that they got banned from Nascar. Check out this short video as we walk around this iconic car.
